Yesterday morning after I finished my waffles, I proceeded to put the syrup-y plate on my head. Needless to say, Dad promptly gave me a bath. (These pics were taken with our old camera, since Mom had our new one at work. You can totally see the difference in quality.)

Happy St. Paddy's Day!!!
After Daddy got off for work and we had a bite of lunch, it was time to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! We went to White Plains in search of an authentic Irish Pub and happened upon Dunnes Pub. Mom and Dad said it was like being in Ireland again. As soon as we got in the door, I started yelling "eat, eat" because I had refused to eat leftovers from last night at the house. They had my favorite- chicken fingers, fries, and ketchup. It couldn't get any better than this.....or could it???...
I love to to cheers and clink glasses when I drink my water. I learned how to do this when we were in the city with Mimi and Doc last summer.
I totally tried to steal a drink of Daddy's Guinness, but he was too quick for me. He said I have to wait a few years!
I did manage to get my fingers in the foam and honestly, I don't know how people drink this stuff. I guess it really IS an acquired taste.
The best part of the day was when the beer PR girls got there. They were handing out shamrock beads and rings and little shakers. I thought they were SO cute and I had them eating out of my hand in no time. What a great St. Paddy's Day! I hope your day was as good as mine :)

Dinner with Friends!
Tonight, I got to hang out with my buddy, Connor. He lives in West Hartford, CT now, but his parents came down this weekend for a visit. Doesn't he have the most awesome curly red hair?
We all met at Kim and Justin's town house in Havestraw, NY. It was SO nice and four stories, so keeping us two toddlers from running up and down the stairs all night was a bit of a challenge. Thankfully, Mark and Michelle brought a gate with them. Dinner was delicious and my favorite thing was the cucumbers. I couldn't get enough of them.
Mark and Michelle were Mommy and Daddy's neighbors before us boys got on the scene, but thankfully Mom and Dad have kept up with them... Another one of the many things we will miss when we move :(

Play Date!
Mom and I had a play date with Morganne, Braydon, and Mrs. Stephanie today at their house in Brewster. Morganne and I took a little pause in the action to pose for this pic. It is so much fun to play at Morganne's because she has so many toys and there is so much room to run around.
When the Hills used to live closer to us in Yonkers, our weekly play dates would pretty much always consist of some sort of shopping and today was no different. We headed out to the Christmas Tree Shop and Mom and Mrs. Stephanie did some damage today, but they justified ALL of their purchases because it IS almost Easter and our birthdays ARE just a few months away. Mom sure is going to miss this store when we move!

Babies, Babies Everywhere!
I seem to have babies on the brain a lot these days, and NO, I am not pregnant! But after I my two good friends up here in NY had babies in January and I just found out that my very best friend is having a little one this fall, it has had me thinking back to Luke's newborn days. I remember how tired we were and how new everything was and overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. I remember realizing how profound and deep my love was for this tiny little person that was placed in our care. I remember and continue to realize EVERY day how much my mom and dad love me because I now know how deep the parent-child love runs. I feel so blessed to have such a happy and healthy little boy! In all of my reminiscing, I found this picture of Luke when he was 3 weeks old and it just makes me happy.
P.S. For my friend... and you know who you are....This is an OFFICIAL pleading....you simply MUST start your blog ASAP! It's gonna be GREAT!
Happy Babies!!!

Our Resident Comedian!
Luke keeps us on our toes and keeps us rolling on the floor laughing every single day! The things this kid comes up with is hilarious! Here are just a few of his recent antics...
The other night we were all cleaning up his toys for the night (we were mostly supervising and he was doing most of the work. oh btw, aren't his new shoes cute?-we got them at the Crazy 8 store in Jersey for $3.98, quite the steal... but I digress) He had put the last toy in the basket and Jeremy told Luke to give him 5, which he did, and in true Luke fashion he had to give everyone else in the room 5 too. Since I was the only other person here after he got my 5 he ran over to Elmo, lifted up his arm and made Elmo give him 5. It was classic and we almost died laughing :)
Luke truly is a little monkey these days and ANY and EVERY thing we do, he wants to do, too. He loves to stand on his "Luke" stool and brush his teeth. I wonder how long this will last before he decides this "game" is no longer fun?
He has watched us put on our deodorant so many times that he has decided that this travel wipe container has become HIS deodorant, so everytime he gets his hands on it he has to "put" on his deodorant. It is too funny. Oh, he has also decided that hats are not all that bad. He went through a period of time when he refused to wear a hat, even when it was FREEZING outside. But the last few weeks he asks to put on his hat and will even wear it around the house. This has been his staple hat this winter. (My sweet friend and co-worker, Erin, knitted it for him when he was born.)
Another funny story: we were sitting at P.F. Changs the other night and they had sat us next to the window. Jeremy and I were talking and all the sudden we heard him say "BUS." I looked over at him and sure enough he was pointing out the window to a real bus. We were on a pretty busy intersection and literally EVERY time he saw a bus he yelled out "BUS". It totally cracked us up. Luke keeps us royally entertained and it seems like he is learning new words everyday. One of his new favorite words is "GOSH." Jeremy even said that he woke up one day and instead of saying Momma or Dada, like he normally does, he said "Oh, Gosh!" He is also saying "Amen" after our nightly prayers now. You can just see the wheels in his little mind working and learning things everyday. He is so much fun and such a joy. We can't wait to see what he comes up with next :)

Braydon's Baptism and Hugs for the girls!

Last weekend we went to Baby Braydon's Baptism. I was actually very good in church and almost made it through the whole service, until I saw my good friend, Titi, sitting a few pews up from us and started calling out her name. Mom took me to the foyer and let me run around during the second half of the service. After the baptism, we got to go to Morganne's house for some food and fellowship.
Trying to get 6 adults, and 4 kids ALL in the picture AND looking in the same direction: IMPOSSIBLE. (Sorry, Braydon, for almost cutting you out of the picture completely!)
I love giving hugs, especially to my BFF, Morganne :)
There's a new girl in town!... I got to give baby Kaitlyn some lovin' the other day. I wasn't too sure about her the first few weeks she was around, but I have totally warmed up to her now. She is SO tiny and SO cute! I LOVE my girls!
