Mother's Day Past and Present

Last Mother's Day 2007,  I had a surprise baby shower at our church and three days later Luke was born.  One year later........

What a difference a year makes! Here is our family on Mother's Day 2008.

I loved Luke from the time I found out I was pregnant, but I didn't know how much I would grow to love him once he was born. Everyday is a new adventure and he is such a blessing to our family. He has grown and learned so much over this past year and as I reflect back to this time last year, I am amazed at how the time flies. I have known this to be true, but I had no idea how much time would really fly now that we have a little one around the house.
