We began the totally overwhelming task of registering for all of the baby "stuff." I thought that I had a basic idea of what the necessities were and what were just nice extras, but WOW, is this a whole new world! Our place is tiny, so we are trying to get by with the bare essentials but there are so many things that this tiny little baby needs. It was great looking at all of the fun things like strollers, baby beds, and pack and plays, but then we got to the "baby care" section.... this is where they had things like the diaper cream, thermometers, and medicine syringes! We left the store happy, but speechless. We were both thinking "How are we going to take care of another little person?" We were in the store for about 3 and 1/5 hours and we did not even get done. We closed them down. There is a pic of the baby crib that we picked out (that is not the bedding we will get.) We still have at least two more stores to register in. Thankfully, we will know what we are in for when we go to the next store.

Hey guys! You are getting to the fun part now! Feeling the baby move and nesting! It will go fast now! Don't worry about being overwhelmed registerign I almost cried in Babie R us! It is very overwhelming! I couldn't figure out the stroller so I thought how can I take care of a baby!! Have fun and call if you have questions about the absolute necessities!

how much fun! yall are going to have a great time. and you can TOTALLY make the small space work. you two are very creative! plus, when yall come visit to b'ham yall will have a guest room all to yourselves!

We were so overwhelmed we left the store the first time we tried to register. I had no idea it would be so hard. Glad to know we're not the only ones who struggled with that. But it gets easier and its just so exciting!!!! You guys are going to be the most amazing parents!
