Mexican Mondays are BACK!!!! Way back when I was in high school (many moons ago) at St. Paul's we would always go and eat Mexican food on Monday nights before my Reflection practice. Now that we moved back, we are bringing back the tradition (complete with new additions: Jeremy, Luke and Kyle)! My favorite thing about the Mexican food in the south is the white cheese dip. We tried to find a Mexican restaurant in NY that had it, but they had never heard of the stuff! Ah, to be back in the south.

WHAT? you mean they don't have white cheese dip up there??? that might have been a deal breaker for me!
